  Do all villas/apartments have SKY TV or British TV Channels?
  No. Some villas/apartments have limited SKY TV and/or British TV and many others offer Spanish TV with possibly Sky News included. Some properties only offer use of a DVD player. If SKY is available at the chosen property we must advise you not to expect the same level of coverage or quality of reception as you do in the UK.
     
  Are linen and towels provided?
  We provide use of hand and bath towels for each guest, along with tea towels. We provide linen on all beds and additional linen for sofa bed. If you have decided to hire a travel cot, please bring your own linen as this is not provided. Beach/pool towels are not provided, so please remember to bring these with you. All properties have a washing machine and an airier.
     
  What cleaning/housekeeping service do you offer?
    Your chosen property will be cleaned for your arrival and again at the end of your stay. We provide a change of linen weekly if staying 14 nights or longer.
     
  Can you arrange a transfer from the airport?
    We do not offer transfers to and from the airport. However, we can put you in contact with car hire suppliers if required and we can provide information on the public transport services for trains, bus and taxi services.
     
  What time can we enter the villa/apartment on the day of arrival?
    The official time you can enter our properties is 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival. Of course if you arrive earlier than 16.00 hrs we will do our upmost to accommodate your party but we must advise you this is not always possible due to changeovers and housekeeping services.
     
  What time must we depart the villa/apartment of the day of departure?
    We request that you depart from the property at 10.00 hrs on the day of departure. Again if your flight is later then we will try to accommodate you but due to the fact we have incoming guests and housekeeping arrangements this is not always possible.
     
  What is included in the welcome pack?
    This can vary but they normally consist of the basics, bread, milk, juice, butter, cheese, and water. If you have any specific requirements please let us know and we can provide a price specific to your requirements. Most Spanish supermarkets are now open to 21.00 hrs during the Summer season but if arriving on a Saturday night or Sunday morning please note, they may be closed.
     
  How and when will I receive by booking confirmation?
    We will send your confirmation via email or via the postal service, in most cases immediately but no later than 2 days after we have confirmed your reservation.
     
  When will I receive directions to my villa/apartment?
    We will send you another letter approximately six weeks prior to your arrival, requesting the outstanding balance and providing details for the keys, in this letter we will also include a detailed location map of the town and situation of your villa/apartment.
     
  Where do I pick up the apartment or villa keys?
    In most cases we will send you the keys to your home address but in last minute bookings we will make arrangements to meet you or leave keys with a trusted source for you to collect.
     
  What should we do in a medical emergency?
    We provide contact details for local medical practitioners both private and public, this information is contained in your apartment or villa. The local emergency telephone number is 112.
     
  Do the villas/apartment have safes?
   

It is very unlikely that you apartment or villa will have a safe.
