Accommodation:

This two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment has a large terrace overlooking the pool area and further benefits from an even larger terrace to the rear of the property. The bedrooms are one double and one twin with a double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is separate from the lounge/dining area and is fully functional. There is a Flat screen TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower facility. The accommodation is serviced by three lifts but as located on the ground floor this is not always necessary.

Outside Area:

Two large private swimming pools (one of the pools has an area for young children) with extensive sunbathing areas and sun loungers and there are two acres of sub tropical gardens. A Small charge for sports zone which offers outdoor jacuzzi, gymnasium, sauna, squash court, crazy golf, table tennis and bowls. Pool safety attendant on duty in the summer months.

Location:

You cannot get a better location for you to explore everything Calpe has to offer. Apolo 7 is located within a 3 minutes walk to the beach and located in the centre of Calpe Town. Within the building there is a laundry, hairdresser and a vast amount of restaurants for you to choose from, American, Italian, Spanish and a superb steak house.

The fishing port is only short 10 - 15 minute walk from the property. Calpe is a typical Spanish town, very family friendly. It is overlooked by the spectacular 332 metre high Rock of Ifach (Penon), now a nature reserve, which separates Calpe's two main beaches & the fishing port & marina area. Calpe has many excellent bars & restaurants offering cuisine from every nationality at reasonable prices including the local 'Menu Del Dia'. There are weekly markets in Calpe itself and in surrounding Moraira, Javea, Jalon, Altea & Benidorm.

You can also enjoy the theme parks of Benidorm, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqulandia and Mundomar.
