The living area has a comfortable double sofa bed and dining area for eating indoors. The kitchen is separate from the lounge/dining area and is fully functional. The apartment has air conditioning and TV with DVD player. The bathroom has a bath and overhead shower facility. The accommodation is serviced by three lifts.

This apartment is located on the 7th floor.

Outside Area:

Two large private swimming pools (one of the pools has an area for young children) with extensive sunbathing areas and sun loungers and there are two acres of sub tropical gardens. A Small charge for sports zone which offers outdoor jacuzzi, gymnasium, sauna, squash court, crazy golf, table tennis and bowls. Pool safety attendant on duty in the summer months.
